This, and building on the "trust" factor that he feels is absolutely paramount to facilitating any transaction to its best possible end are what makes Charlie's customers and clients so loyal. Licensed in real estate, both in Virginia and North Carolina since 1991, Charlie started off with a bang in real estate. Achieving numerous awards his first year in real estate, he is still setting records to date.
His long hours of dedication and extensive knowledge of real estate mimic the kind of service he provided in his role as Assistant District Engineer for the Virginia Department of Transportation (VDOT) for 30 years before retiring. Charlie brings his strong work ethic and vast experience to work everyday on his customers and clients behalf.
The many sides of Charlie include his dedication to his family and home life as he and his wife enjoy watching their daughter grow and excell in school; dedication to his church and his service to it and serving on numerous boards and committees. |

A retired Navy officer who starts his day very early and accomplishes a lot of real estate business tasks before most people even think of their first cup of coffee.
